Why Indian artists upload to Audiomack
Audiomack is free to listen to and popular with hip-hop, Afrobeats and fusion audiences worldwide. Indian rappers, producers and independent artists use it as an extra home for releases, especially tracks that travel well outside India. Its trending charts are driven by plays, favourites and reposts in the first days after upload, so early numbers matter.
What plays change
Plays raise the public play count on the song. They don't add favourites (Audiomack's likes), reposts or followers. A song with high plays and no favourites looks odd, so add favourites in proportion if your order is large.
Royalties and risk
Audiomack's monetisation programme pays based on real streams and has eligibility rules that Audiomack reviews. Paid plays don't generate meaningful earnings, can be filtered, and repeated artificial activity can cost you monetisation or chart eligibility. If your music is distributed through a service that sends it to Audiomack, check that distributor's policy on artificial streams too.
Prices
On the default option, 1,000 plays cost ₹10, 5,000 cost ₹44.50 and 10,000 cost ₹89. See the table, updated 24 Oct 2026.
Getting the right link
Open the song on Audiomack and copy the link from Share: audiomack.com/artist/song/title. Album and playlist links work for options that say so. The upload must be public.
When to order
In the first week after upload, when Audiomack's trending charts are most sensitive. Plays on older uploads help the artist page's top songs list look active.
Placing the order
Paste the link, choose a quantity between 100 and 1,00,00,000, and pay. On the default option, 5,000 plays take about 1–5 days.
Make the upload complete
Add 1:1 artwork, the right genre, credits for producers and featured artists, and lyrics if you have them. Audiomack's editors and charts favour complete pages. Pin your newest release to the top of your artist page for its first week.
Paying and tracking
Top up by UPI from ₹100. The order page shows progress. Anything not delivered is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Example: a Mumbai rapper
A Mumbai rapper releases a Hindi-English single on Audiomack and Spotify on the same Friday. On Audiomack he orders 3,000 plays and 120 favourites in the first week and posts three Reels with the hook. The Audiomack page looks like a release people heard, which helps when he pitches the song to collaborators and to Audiomack's own editorial team.
Audiomack and Spotify together
Most independent artists release to Audiomack, Spotify, JioSaavn, Apple Music and YouTube Music at once through a distributor. Each platform counts plays separately. Indian listeners mostly use Spotify, JioSaavn and YouTube; Audiomack's strength is audiences in Africa, the Caribbean, the Gulf and North America. If your track has a sound that travels, such as Afro-desi fusion, drill or melodic rap, Audiomack can be where it finds listeners abroad, and early plays help it look like a release worth trying.
Supporters and fan engagement
Audiomack has features for fans to support artists directly and follow their uploads. Real supporters show up in your Audiomack Creator dashboard. Use those numbers, not paid plays, to understand who your audience really is and where they are.
