Privacy policy

Reachwala stores only what it needs to run your account: email, a hashed password, order links, wallet history and payment references. We don't sell data, we never ask for social media passwords, and payment details are handled by our UPI payment partner, not stored by us.

What we collect

Email and password (hashed with Argon2), optional name and phone, the links you order for, orders, wallet ledger, payment references, and basic logs (IP, browser) for security.

What we share

Order links and quantities with our delivery partner, and payment amount and reference with our payment partner. Nothing else.

Cookies

A login cookie, and analytics only if enabled by the site owner.

Your choices

Ask support to delete your account and personal data; ledger records required for accounting are kept.
