Why UPI matters for an SMM panel
Most international panels accept cards, PayPal or crypto. Indian buyers often don't have an international card enabled, PayPal adds conversion charges, and crypto is a hassle for a ₹200 order. UPI is how India pays for everything else, so it should be how you pay for this too.
Automatic credit, not screenshots
Some Indian panels accept UPI to a personal ID and ask you to send a screenshot on WhatsApp. You then wait for someone to check their bank app, and if the payment doesn't match, you're arguing with a stranger.
Reachwala uses a payment gateway that confirms UPI payments to us directly. When your payment succeeds, the wallet is credited once, automatically, and you see the new balance on screen. A duplicate confirmation can never credit you twice, and a failed payment never credits at all.
How to top up
Open your wallet, enter an amount of ₹100 or more and tap Pay. You'll get a UPI payment screen: scan the QR from another phone, or on mobile tap your UPI app to pay directly. After paying, you're returned to Reachwala, and the page waits for the confirmation and shows your balance.
If you started from an order box with too little balance, paying the shortfall places the order automatically once the money lands.
If a payment seems stuck
UPI payments occasionally take a few minutes to confirm when a bank is slow. Don't pay again straight away. Your wallet page lists the payment as pending; it updates on its own when the gateway confirms. If money left your bank but the payment shows failed after a few hours, UPI's own process normally reverses it to your bank account.
What you can pay for
Your wallet balance pays for any service on Reachwala: Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, Spotify, X, LinkedIn and more. Balance doesn't expire. Top-ups can't be withdrawn back to your bank, but when an order delivers only part of the quantity, the undelivered share goes back into the wallet automatically.
Keep your UPI PIN private
You only ever enter your UPI PIN inside your own UPI app. Reachwala will never ask for your PIN, OTP or bank details by message or call, and you should treat anyone who does as a scammer.
UPI for agencies and freelancers
If you manage social accounts for a few clients, a UPI wallet is simpler than collecting card details or juggling foreign payments. Collect your fee from the client by UPI, top up Reachwala by UPI and place their orders. Your wallet history shows every top-up with its reference, and your order list shows each order with the client's link, quantity and price, so it's easy to match costs to clients at the end of the month.
Example
A freelancer in Indore runs Instagram for a salon, a café and a coaching centre. Before each client's monthly campaign she tops up ₹500 from PhonePe, orders Reel views and likes on the campaign posts, and screenshots the completed orders for her monthly report.
