Twitch in India
Twitch is smaller in India than YouTube Live, but it's where many PC gamers, Valorant and CS2 players, GTA roleplay communities and English-speaking streamers build an audience, often alongside a YouTube channel. The follower count shows on your channel page and in the directory card when you're live. Viewers browsing a category use it, along with the live viewer count, to decide whether to click in.
Affiliate: what followers can and can't do
Twitch Affiliate requires at least 50 followers, plus 500 total minutes broadcast across 7 unique days and an average of 3 or more concurrent viewers over the last 30 days. Bought followers can help with the first requirement. They can't help with the other two, which come from streaming regularly and having real viewers. Twitch also reviews accounts for artificial engagement, and view-botting in particular can lead to suspension.

How many to order
Small streamers usually have a few hundred to a few thousand followers. A new channel that jumps to 20,000 followers while averaging 2 viewers looks odd to anyone who clicks in. Start with enough to get past the empty-channel look, around 100–1,000, and let streaming do the rest.
Followers and chat
Followers don't chat, cheer or subscribe. If you've set follower-only chat mode, new paid followers technically can chat but won't. Real chat comes from viewers who enjoy the stream, so talk to every person who types, ask questions and run chat games.
Placing the order
Copy your channel link, twitch.tv/yourname, and paste it. Choose a quantity between 10 and 50,000, and pay. On the default option, 1,000 followers take about under an hour. You don't need to be live for follower orders.
Drops
Twitch removes fake and closed accounts. Some followers may drop; use refill options if the count matters to you.
Grow a real Twitch audience
Stream on a fixed schedule so people know when to find you. Pick categories where your stream can appear on the first page of the directory, rather than the busiest games. Clip your best moments and post them to YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels with your Twitch link. Raid other small streamers at the end of your stream; they often return the favour.

Example: a Valorant streamer in Pune
A college student in Pune streams Valorant ranked games on Twitch four nights a week in Hinglish. After a month he has 32 followers. He orders 200 followers to clear the Affiliate follower requirement, and focuses on the other two: he keeps his schedule and posts clips of clutch rounds to YouTube Shorts. Within six weeks his average viewers reach 3 and Twitch invites him to Affiliate.
Don't buy viewers on Twitch
Twitch is particularly strict about view-botting: artificial live viewers can get a channel suspended, and Twitch removes inflated viewer counts. That's why we recommend followers, which are a lower-risk way to look established, rather than live viewers on Twitch. Your average viewer count, which matters for Affiliate and Partner, needs to be real.
