A refill in an SMM panel is a free top-up of followers, members, likes or views that dropped after delivery. It's available for the number of days stated on the service, often 30 to 90. If your count falls within that window, you request a refill, and the panel restores the dropped amount at no extra cost.

Why refills exist

Social platforms regularly remove fake and inactive accounts. When they do, numbers delivered by those accounts disappear. Refills are how panels stand behind their services: instead of promising nothing will ever drop, they promise to top it back up within a set period.

How a refill works on Reachwala

Every option card shows its refill period in days, or says no refill. After an order completes, the order page records your starting count and the delivered quantity. If the count drops within the refill window, open the order and tap Refill. We send the refill request to our delivery network and track it like an order. You can request again later in the window if the count drops again.

What refills cover and don't

Refills restore roughly the delivered quantity: if you ordered 2,000 followers and dropped 300, the refill adds about 300. They don't add extra beyond the original order. They don't cover drops after the refill period ends. And they can't be delivered if the link no longer works, for example because you changed your username, made the account private or deleted the post.

Auto-refill versus manual refill

Some services top up automatically when they detect a drop; others need you to request it. Option cards say which. Manual refills give you control over timing; automatic ones save effort. Either way, the refill period is what matters most.

Choosing a service with refill

For counts people judge you by, such as followers on a brand account, subscribers on a channel or members in a Telegram group, choose an option with a refill period. Starter options are cheaper partly because they usually don't include one. A slightly higher price with a 60-day refill often works out cheaper than reordering after drops.

Example

A boutique orders 3,000 Instagram followers with a 30-day refill. After three weeks the count is 2,650. The owner opens the order, taps Refill, and over the next day the count returns to about 3,000. A month later, outside the window, another small drop isn't covered, but by then the page's real followers are growing too.
