Why UPI matters for Indian buyers
Most international SMM panels take cards, PayPal or crypto. Many Indians don't have an international card enabled, PayPal adds conversion charges, and crypto is impractical for a ₹200 order. UPI is how India pays for everything else, so for Indian buyers it's the natural way to fund an SMM wallet.
Automatic credit versus screenshots
There are two kinds of UPI panel. The better kind uses a payment gateway or relay that confirms the payment to the panel directly, so your wallet is credited within seconds and exactly once. The riskier kind gives you a personal UPI ID or QR and asks you to send a screenshot on WhatsApp. Then someone checks their bank app manually. If the amounts don't match, or the person stops replying, you have little recourse.
What to check before paying any panel
Does the payment go to a business name, not a person? Is the wallet credited automatically? Is there a minimum top-up, and is it stated before you pay? What happens to undelivered quantity; is it refunded to the wallet? Can you see a history of every top-up with a reference number? A panel that can't answer these clearly isn't worth the risk.
How it works on Reachwala
Open the wallet, enter ₹100 or more, and pay through the UPI screen: scan the QR with another phone, or on mobile tap your UPI app. You return to Reachwala, and the page shows your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you started from an order with too little balance, paying the shortfall places the order automatically.
If a payment seems stuck
Bank delays happen. Don't pay twice. The payment shows as pending and updates by itself when confirmed. If money left your bank but the payment ends as failed, UPI's own process normally reverses it to your bank account.
Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay
Any UPI app works because UPI is a shared network. If you use Paytm, pay with Paytm UPI linked to your bank, not the old Paytm wallet balance.
