Who 5,000 followers fit
Companies with 20–200 employees whose page lags behind their real size, recruitment and staffing firms whose jobs are seen by more candidates when the page looks established, consultants and coaches who sell through LinkedIn, and founders preparing for a fundraise or a conference talk. A brand-new page with no posts looks odd at 5,000; start with 1,000.
Gradual delivery
5,000 followers arriving in a day is the kind of spike LinkedIn notices. Good options spread delivery over one to two weeks. On the default option it's about about 50 days. If you need the number by a date, such as a product launch or an event, order early.
Keep engagement in proportion
Pages with 5,000 followers typically get a few dozen reactions on ordinary posts and more on hiring or milestone posts. If your posts get two reactions, the follower count stops convincing. Post weekly, encourage employees to engage, and add reactions to key posts.
