Followers versus connections
LinkedIn has two numbers. Connections are mutual and capped at 30,000; followers are one-way and unlimited, and include your connections. Your profile shows followers once you turn on creator mode or set Follow as the primary button, and your posts show your follower count to readers. This service adds followers, not connection requests.
Why followers matter on LinkedIn
Recruiters, clients, investors and conference organisers look at your follower count when deciding whether you're an authority in your field. A chartered accountant posting about GST with 240 followers reads like a beginner; with 4,000 they read like someone worth hiring. LinkedIn is also where Indian B2B buying decisions start, so credibility there translates into enquiries.
LinkedIn is strict
LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits fake accounts and artificial engagement, and LinkedIn actively removes them. Accounts with suspicious activity can be restricted. Follower services on LinkedIn are slower and more expensive than on other platforms because the accounts are harder to maintain. Keep orders modest, gradual and in proportion to your activity.
Prices
On the default option, 100 followers cost ₹199.90, 500 cost ₹999.50 and 1,000 cost ₹1,999. See the table for start time, daily speed and refill, updated 24 Oct 2026.
Slow delivery is normal
LinkedIn options often deliver tens to a few hundred followers a day. On the default option, 1,000 followers take about about 10 days. That pace looks like someone whose posts are gaining traction, which is what you want.
Setting up your profile
Make sure your profile is public (Settings → Visibility → Edit your public profile → Public). Turn on Follow as your primary profile button so followers are visible. Use your public profile URL, linkedin.com/in/yourname. Company pages use a different service.
How many to order
Look at your connections and activity. Someone with 600 connections who posts weekly looks natural at 1,500–3,000 followers. Someone with 200 connections and no posts looks odd at 10,000. Grow alongside your posting.
Drops and refills
LinkedIn removes fake accounts, so expect some drop. Options with refill periods can be refilled from the order page within the window.
Real growth on LinkedIn
Post two or three times a week about what you actually know: lessons from projects, numbers from your industry, mistakes you made and fixed. Use simple language, short paragraphs and one clear point per post. Comment thoughtfully on posts by people in your field. Document carousels and short videos perform well.
Paying and tracking
Top up by UPI from any app. The order page shows the starting count and progress. Anything not delivered is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Example: a Pune HR consultant
An HR consultant in Pune helps start-ups set up hiring processes. She posts weekly about interview mistakes, with 380 followers. She orders 1,200 followers on a slow Stable option over three weeks and keeps posting. When founders find her through comments, her profile looks like an established voice, and two of them book discovery calls.
Followers for job seekers
Freshers and job switchers sometimes wonder whether followers help with recruiters. Recruiters care much more about your headline, experience, skills and posts than your follower count. A modest following helps if you're positioning yourself as a specialist, for example in data engineering or product design, but it won't replace a strong profile. Fix your headline and About section first.
