Following people on Reddit
Most activity on Reddit happens inside subreddits, but every account also has a profile where it can post directly and which others can follow. Followers see the profile's own posts in their home feed. The follower count appears on the profile, and creators, artists, writers and founders who use Reddit as a public presence often point people there.
Reddit made following more visible over the last few years, and more Indian creators now post to their profiles, especially for art, photography, writing and tech.
What the order does
The order adds followers to your public Reddit profile from Reddit accounts over a few hours to a day. The number on your profile rises. The followers won't vote on or comment on your posts, and they won't add to your karma.
Your profile must be public. If you've turned off the option for others to follow you, turn it on in your Reddit settings first.
Reddit's rules
Reddit prohibits the use of fake or automated accounts to manipulate activity. Following isn't voting, so it carries less risk than buying upvotes, but Reddit removes accounts it flags, and those follows disappear. Some drop is normal.
Never pair a follower order with bought votes on your posts. That combination is much more likely to trigger action against your account.
Who it suits
It suits creators who post original work to their Reddit profile and link to it from elsewhere, such as an illustrator in Pune sharing comics, a photographer in Kolkata posting street photography, or a developer posting build logs. A follower number helps their profile look like a place worth following.
It doesn't suit accounts that only comment in subreddits. Profile followers don't see your comments elsewhere.
How many followers
Profile follower counts on Reddit are usually modest. Many active creators have a few hundred to a few thousand. Start with 100 to 500, depending on how much you post and the karma on your account.
An account with 50 karma and 10,000 followers looks odd. Karma comes only from real votes, so keep the follower number in proportion.
Make your profile worth following
Add a profile picture, a banner and a short bio that says what you post. Pin your best posts to the top of your profile. Post original content regularly, and cross-post the best of it to relevant subreddits where the rules allow, linking back to your profile.
Reddit users follow people whose posts they want to see again. Consistency matters more than numbers.
Example
A digital artist in Jaipur posts a weekly illustration of Rajasthani folk tales. They post each piece to their profile and cross-post to art subreddits. Their profile has 40 followers. They order 200, pin their three most popular illustrations and add their Instagram link to the bio.
New visitors from the art subreddits see an active profile with a following and decide to follow too. The real followers then see each new illustration in their feeds.
What followers won't do
They won't upvote your posts, add karma, help you meet subreddit karma requirements or bring traffic. They won't see your comments in subreddits. They're a number on your profile.
If you need karma to post in certain communities, earn it by commenting helpfully; there's no safe shortcut.
Getting the link right
Paste your profile link in the form reddit.com/user/yourname. Don't paste a post link for a follower order. Check the spelling exactly; Reddit usernames can't be changed, and an order sent to a similar name can't be moved.
Make sure your profile isn't set to hide from followers or restrict following.
Privacy
We never ask for your Reddit login or email. Only the public profile link is used, and we never post, comment or message from your account.
Other users won't see that you placed an order.
