Is 100 the right size?
Ordinary Facebook posts in India usually collect reactions from about 1–3% of a Page's followers, more on festival greetings, offers and emotional stories. That makes 100 likes a normal number for a Page with a few thousand followers. On a Page with 300 followers, 100 likes on one post stands out; 10–20 look natural there.
Posts that benefit most
A shop's opening announcement, a festival greeting from a local business, a new menu or price list, a job opening at a clinic or school, or a milestone such as “10 years in Kozhikode”. These are the posts customers open when they find your Page, so a quiet reaction count on them costs more than on routine updates.
Getting the link
Click the post's timestamp so the post opens on its own, then copy the address from the browser. Links like facebook.com/yourpage/posts/… or photo and video links work. The post must be public; posts limited to friends or inside private groups can't receive likes.
Timing
Order in the first hour after posting, when Facebook shows the post to a slice of your followers first. A post that already shows reactions gets more taps from them.
Example
A Vadodara tiffin service with 4,500 followers posted its new monthly plans with prices for working professionals. Ordinary posts got 30–40 reactions. The owner added 100 likes in the first hour and replied quickly to every question in the comments. The post reached more of his followers than usual, and he signed up eleven new monthly customers that week.
Add a few comments
A post with 100 likes and no comments looks odd. A handful of custom comments with genuine questions about price, area or timing, answered from the Page, make it look like a conversation.
Mixed reactions
Some options deliver ❤️, 😮 or 😂 alongside 👍. Mixed reactions look more natural on emotional or celebratory posts. Check the option description.
