Who orders 10,000 members
Admins of active city buy-and-sell groups, job groups, property groups, exam-preparation communities and brand communities who are competing with older, bigger groups. In most Indian cities, people join the biggest group for a topic, so the member count decides which group gets the listings. A group with a few hundred real members and regular posts is a reasonable base; a group with no posts isn't.
Settings for delivery
Keep the group visible and use its facebook.com/groups link. Turn off admin approval and membership questions until the order completes, or members wait in the pending list and can't be counted. Don't rename the group's URL during delivery.
Quality matters
Anyone can open the Members tab. With 10,000 members, a list dominated by obviously fake or unrelated profiles looks wrong and can make real members distrust the group. Better-quality options cost more but look more natural. Facebook also removes fake accounts in sweeps, so steadier tiers with refills drop less.
Moderation at scale
Bigger groups attract spam. Before the count grows, set clear rules, add one or two trusted moderators, turn on keyword alerts for scam terms and use post approval for new members' first posts. A clean group keeps the real members you gain.

An Ahmedabad admin runs a rental group with 2,500 real members and daily listings, competing with a 40,000-member group that's full of spam. She orders 10,000 members over three weeks, keeps strict moderation and posts a weekly roundup of verified listings. Landlords start posting in her group first because it looks large and is easier to use.

Honesty with sponsors
If you sell promoted posts in the group, price them on real engagement, not the member count. Businesses return when promoted posts get real replies.
