When speed matters
You're about to share the channel link with a big audience, such as a YouTube video going live, an Instagram post or a WhatsApp broadcast to customers, and you don't want the first visitors to see 30 subscribers. You've just launched a channel for a time-sensitive event, like exam results, a cricket series or a festive sale. Instant options get the count up before those visitors arrive.
Prices
On the default option, 1,000 members cost ₹29 and 5,000 cost ₹145. Instant options can cost slightly more than gradual ones. See start time and speed for each option in the table, updated 24 Oct 2026.
Start time versus speed
Instant means delivery starts within minutes. How long it takes to finish depends on the daily speed on the option card. Small orders of a few hundred often finish within an hour; large orders of 10,000 or more still take a day or more.
The risk of going too fast
A channel that jumps from 50 to 20,000 subscribers in an hour, with no new posts, looks unnatural to Telegram and to anyone watching. Telegram can limit or flag channels that behave like spam. Instant delivery is best for modest numbers before a real event. For big numbers, use a gradual option or split the order over days.
Prepare before you order
Post a few useful messages first so new members see content. Pin a welcome post explaining what the channel offers. Make the channel public and turn off join requests. Then order, and share your link once the count has risen.
Drops
Instant members can drop like any others. If the count matters for weeks, choose an instant option with a refill period, or follow up with a non-drop order.
Placing the order
Paste the public link, choose an instant option and a quantity between 1 and 10,00,000, and pay. Watch the count rise in the channel info.
Paying and tracking
Keep a wallet balance so you aren't waiting on a payment at the critical moment. If you're short, the order box offers to pay the difference by UPI and places the order once the payment lands, usually within seconds. Shortfalls are refunded automatically.
Example: a result-day channel
A Patna education blogger creates a Telegram channel the evening before Bihar Board results, to post the result link and toppers' list the moment they're out. At 9am he orders 1,500 instant members and shares the channel in student groups an hour later. Students joining for the results see a busy channel and stay for the counselling updates that follow.
Instant versus non-drop
Instant options are built for speed; non-drop options are built for staying power. They're not always the same option. If you need both, a common approach is a small instant order before the launch moment, followed the next day by a larger non-drop order delivered gradually. That gives you a busy-looking channel at the critical hour and a steady count for the weeks after.
Pair with views
Members arriving instantly on a channel whose posts show 12 views look odd. Order views on your pinned post and the last few posts at the same time, so the channel looks read as well as joined.
