Groups are different from channels
In a Telegram group, everyone can post, see who else is there and reply to each other. That makes groups great for communities: exam batches, buyer-seller groups, local resident groups, fan clubs and customer support. It also means members are visible in a way channel subscribers aren't, so the quality of accounts and the activity level matter more.
Prices
On the default option, 500 group members cost ₹14.50, 1,000 cost ₹29 and 5,000 cost ₹145. Indian group members cost more. The table lists start time, speed and refill for each option, updated 24 Oct 2026.
Group settings to check first
The group must be public with a username (t.me/yourgroup). Turn off “approve new members” during delivery, or members will be stuck in the request queue. If you use a captcha or verification bot, new members may be removed for not completing it; pause the bot while the order runs. Check that the group isn't set to a member limit you'll hit.
A big silent group looks fake
Members won't chat. If 3,000 members join and nobody says anything for a week, real visitors notice. Before ordering, prepare a week of posts: a pinned welcome message with rules, a daily question or resource, quick replies to anyone who writes. Invite friends, colleagues or existing customers to start conversations.
Supergroups and topics
Large Telegram groups are supergroups, and many use Topics to split conversations by subject. Member services add to the group as a whole. Create a General topic that new members land in, and keep it active.
Drops
Group members drop as accounts are banned or leave. Options with a refill period can be refilled within the window from the order page. Moderation bots that remove inactive members will also reduce the count; pause those during the refill period.
Placing the order
Paste the public group link, choose a quantity between 1 and 10,00,000, and pay. On the default option, 1,000 members take about a few hours to 2 days. Watch the member count in group info as delivery runs.
Paying and tracking
Top up by UPI from any app. If some members can't join, for example because of group settings, the undelivered quantity is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Example: a resale group for students
A student in Kharagpur starts a group where IIT students buy and sell books, cycles and coolers at semester end. It has 90 members. He orders 1,000 group members, pins clear rules and posts five listings himself. Students who join from the hostel WhatsApp groups see an established marketplace and start posting their own items.
Growing real group conversation
Groups grow when members get help from each other. Seed the first week with questions that invite answers: “Which book are you using for polity?”, “Anyone selling a cooler in Hall 4?”, “Which branch has the best service?”. Reply quickly, thank people who help, and pin the best answers. Remove spam fast; nothing kills a group like link spam. Once real members start answering each other, the group runs itself.
Indian group members
If your group's audience is Indian, consider Indian-targeted options. Members can see each other in groups, so a list of Indian names fits a local or exam community better than random foreign profiles.
