How resellers work
Many Indian buyers first meet SMM services through a reseller: someone on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram who takes your payment and link, places the order on a panel, and messages you when it's done. Resellers often add 50 to 200 percent to the panel price. When something goes wrong, you depend on them to chase it, and refunds, if they happen, come back as promises rather than credits.
What a direct panel changes
You see the actual service list, price per 1,000, start time and refill terms. You place the order yourself and it starts automatically. You watch progress on your orders page instead of waiting for messages. If a service delivers partially, the undelivered quantity is refunded to your wallet straight away, visible in your wallet history.
Is 'direct' the same as 'the source'?
No panel should claim to own every service it sells; most panels, including large ones, source delivery from networks of suppliers. What matters to you is whether the panel you pay is accountable: clear prices, automatic refunds, a full order history and support that answers. Be wary of any seller who claims to be 'the main server' or 'the original provider' as a selling point.
Signs you're dealing with a reseller
Prices quoted only in chat, payment to a personal UPI ID with no invoice, no order dashboard, delivery updates by screenshot, refunds offered only as 'next order free' and services renamed with vague labels like 'premium VIP followers'. None of these are necessarily dishonest, but you're paying extra for a middle step.
Starting yourself
Create an account with your email, add ₹100 or more by UPI and look through the services for your platform. Start with a small order to see how delivery looks before placing bigger ones. Most first-time buyers find the process takes under five minutes.
If you are a reseller
Plenty of agencies and freelancers use Reachwala to fulfil orders for their own clients. That's fine: you get rupee pricing, automatic refunds and a clean order history to show clients. Be honest with your clients about what the services are.
Example: switching from a WhatsApp seller
A Surat saree reseller had been paying a WhatsApp contact ₹450 for 1,000 Instagram followers, with delivery updates by screenshot. After switching to a direct panel she pays the listed rupee price, sees each order's progress herself and has had two partial orders refunded automatically to her wallet. She now spends what she saves on Reel views for new collections.
What we never do
Ask for your password, sell fake reviews or ratings, or send bulk WhatsApp messages. Every order works from a public link.
Payments and records
Every top-up and order appears in your wallet history, recorded to the paisa, so you can always see where your money went.
Support
If something looks wrong, contact support on WhatsApp, Telegram or email with your order ID. Replies are in Hindi or English.
