Step by step
Log in and open the Wallet page. Type the amount you want to add; the minimum is ₹100. Tap 'Pay via UPI'. You're taken to a secure UPI payment page, where you pick Google Pay on your phone, or scan the QR code with Google Pay if you're on a laptop. Check the amount and the merchant name, enter your UPI PIN and confirm. When the payment succeeds you're sent back to Reachwala and the balance appears in your wallet.
How long does it take?
Most Google Pay top-ups are credited within a few seconds of approval. Occasionally a bank takes a few minutes to confirm. If money has left your account and the wallet still shows nothing after 15 minutes, send support the UPI reference number (the 12-digit UTR in Google Pay's transaction details) and we'll trace it.
Why the wallet model
You top up once and then place as many small orders as you like without approving a payment every time. It also makes refunds instant: if an order delivers only part of its quantity, the undelivered share comes straight back to your wallet, ready for the next order, instead of waiting days for a bank refund.
Is it safe?
Payments go through a regulated UPI payment page, and every callback is cryptographically verified before money is credited, so nobody can fake a payment into your wallet. Reachwala never sees your UPI PIN or bank details. Every top-up is recorded in your wallet history to the paisa.
Common Google Pay issues
Payment pending: wait a few minutes; UPI sometimes confirms late. Payment failed but money debited: banks usually reverse failed debits automatically within a few working days, and support can help check the status. Daily UPI limit reached: banks set daily limits, often ₹1 lakh; try a smaller amount or another day. Wrong amount entered: the extra stays in your wallet for future orders.
Refund policy
Wallet top-ups are not refundable to your bank account, but they never expire and can be spent on any service. Undelivered order quantity is always refunded to the wallet automatically.
Other UPI apps
PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay UPI, banking apps and any UPI-enabled app work the same way.
Example
A Bhopal student adds ₹200 from Google Pay before her college fest, orders 1,000 Reel views and 100 likes for the fest promo, and keeps the remaining balance for the next event. The whole thing takes under three minutes.
After topping up
Pick a service, paste the public link, enter the quantity and confirm. The order starts automatically and the cost is taken from your wallet. Your order page shows live progress.

Paying from a laptop with Google Pay
On a computer, the payment page shows a QR code. Open Google Pay, tap Scan any QR code, scan the screen and approve. The page confirms on its own and returns you to your wallet, so you can go straight to placing the order.
