Paytm UPI, not the Paytm wallet
Paytm has two ways to pay: Paytm UPI, linked to your bank account, and the older Paytm wallet balance. Reachwala accepts UPI, so pay through Paytm's UPI option with your linked bank account. If you only have money in the Paytm wallet, it won't work for this payment.
Step by step
1. Sign in to Reachwala and open your wallet, or start from any order box.
2. Enter an amount of ₹100 or more and tap Pay.
3. On a phone, choose Paytm from the list of UPI apps. On a laptop, open Paytm on your phone and scan the QR code.
4. Check the amount, approve with your UPI PIN, and return to Reachwala. The page shows your new balance when the payment is confirmed.
Why automatic credit matters
Some panels advertising Paytm payments simply share a Paytm number and ask for a screenshot. That works until it doesn't: a mismatch, a delayed reply, or a panel that disappears with your money. With Reachwala, the payment gateway confirms each UPI payment to us directly, so your wallet is credited exactly once, without anyone checking screenshots.
Ordering after you top up
Paste a public profile or post link on any service page, pick a tier and a quantity, and place the order. If you began in the order box with too little balance, the order is placed automatically after the UPI payment completes, so you don't have to fill the form again.
Your dashboard shows each order's progress. Undelivered quantity is refunded to your wallet automatically.
If Paytm shows an error
If Paytm says the payment failed, nothing is credited and nothing should be debited; if your bank did debit you, UPI reverses failed payments to your bank. If Paytm says success but Reachwala still shows pending, wait a few minutes before paying again; the wallet updates automatically.
Safety
Only enter your UPI PIN inside Paytm. Reachwala will never ask for your PIN, OTP or Paytm password. Our support never asks you to “send ₹1 to verify”.
Who orders this way
Paytm is still the payment app of choice for many shopkeepers, tuition teachers and small-town business owners, often because it came with the shop's QR soundbox. If that's you, there's no need to install another app: the same Paytm UPI you use to pay suppliers works for Reachwala.
A common pattern is a kirana or mobile-accessories shop owner in Nagpur who wants the shop's Instagram page to look established before running a Diwali offer. They top up ₹200 from Paytm, order a few hundred followers on the Stable tier and likes on the offer post, and check progress from the same phone.
Keeping records
Every top-up appears in your Reachwala wallet history with the amount, date and payment reference, and Paytm keeps its own record in your passbook. If you order for clients, the wallet history lets you match each order to a top-up when you bill them. Your dashboard also lists every order with its link, quantity, price and status, so you can show a client exactly what was delivered.
Choosing what to order first
If you're new to panels, start small. Pick one service, such as followers for a profile or views for a Reel, and order the Stable tier in a few hundred. Watch how it starts and how the count holds over a week before ordering more. Each service page shows the price for each tier, so you know the cost before you pay.
