Why counts drop
Every major platform regularly removes spam, fake and inactive accounts. When it does, follows, likes and subscriptions from those accounts disappear, on every account, including from purchased services. A seller who promises zero drop is promising something no one controls.
What refill means
On a refill option, if the count from your order drops during the refill period, you can request a refill and the missing quantity is added again, free. Some options refill automatically. The refill period, such as 30, 60, 90 or more days, is listed on each option.
How to request a refill
Open the order in your dashboard and press Refill. The button is available on eligible orders during their refill period. Refill only covers the quantity from that order, up to what you bought.
When refill doesn't apply
Refill can't work if you change the username or URL, make the account or post private, delete or archive the post, remove the followers yourself, or order the same service from another seller on the same link at the same time, which makes counts impossible to separate.
Which services have refill
Many follower, subscriber, member and like options have refill. Views, story views and live viewers usually don't, because they don't drop in the same way or they expire. Each option shows whether it includes refill.
Refill vs non-drop
Non-drop or Premium options use accounts that drop least, and usually include refill too. Ordinary refill options can be cheaper but drop more, with refill making up the difference. For counts that brands or customers watch, non-drop with refill is the steadiest choice.
Example: a coaching institute's YouTube channel
A Kota coaching institute orders 3,000 YouTube subscribers on a Stable option with a 90-day refill. Six weeks later, YouTube removes spam accounts and the channel loses 140 subscribers from the order. The admin presses Refill on the order page, and the count is topped back up within a day.
Check before the period ends
A few days before the refill period ends, check your counts and request a refill if needed. Drops after the period aren't covered.
Prices
Refill options cost a little more than non-refill options. All prices are in rupees with nothing added at checkout, and refills themselves are free.
Platform rules
Refill doesn't change platform rules on fake engagement. Keep orders modest and proportionate.
Privacy
We never ask for passwords. Refill works from the same public link as the original order.
Refunds
Refill and refunds are different. If an order can't be completed, the undelivered share is refunded to your wallet. Refill tops up drops after delivery.
Support
If a refill doesn't trigger, send support the order number on WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
Choosing a period
Short campaigns need short periods. Accounts you'll run for years, or whose numbers appear in pitches and media kits, benefit from the longest refill available.
Getting started
Top up ₹100 by UPI and choose an option with a refill period that matches how long you need the count to hold.
What drop looks like
Drops usually happen in steps, after a platform clean-up, rather than a steady trickle. You might see a follower count fall by a few percent in a day, several weeks after delivery. That's normal. Note the count when delivery completes, compare it before the refill period ends, and request a refill if it has fallen.
Platform by platform
Instagram and YouTube run regular clean-ups, so refill matters most there. Telegram removes inactive accounts over time. Spotify and Pinterest remove spam accounts periodically. LinkedIn and X act on fake profiles they detect. Each service page explains what to expect.
