Why no password is needed
Followers, likes, views, members and comments are all delivered from other accounts to your public content. The service only needs to know where to send them, which is what the link tells it. Nothing about delivery requires logging in as you.
What can happen if you share your login
Someone with your password can change your email and phone number, lock you out, post scams to your followers, sell your account or use it to follow and like other accounts. Many 'free followers' apps work exactly this way: they use your account to boost others. Platforms may also flag or disable accounts that log in from unusual places.
Red flags
Asking for your password, OTP or a backup code. Asking you to log in through their website or app. Asking you to add them as an admin on your page for 'faster delivery'. Asking you to turn off two-factor authentication. Any of these means stop.
What we ask for
Your email to create an account, a UPI payment for top-ups and the public link for each order. Nothing more.
Keep your account public
During delivery, the profile or post must be public so the service can reach it. You can switch back to private after the order completes, although some services won't refill private accounts.
Secure your account anyway
Turn on two-factor authentication on Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Use a strong, unique password. Check logged-in devices regularly. Never reuse your social password elsewhere.
Example
A Ludhiana boutique owner was offered 10,000 followers for ₹500 by an Instagram DM asking for her login. She refused, ordered 2,000 followers on Reachwala using her profile link instead and kept two-factor authentication on. A friend who shared her login with the DM seller lost her account for a week.
If you already shared your password
Change it immediately, log out of all other sessions from the security settings, turn on two-factor authentication and check your linked email and phone.
Pricing and refunds
Rupee pricing, UPI top-ups from ₹100 and automatic wallet refunds for undelivered quantity.
Support
Questions? WhatsApp, Telegram or email, in Hindi and English. Support will never ask for your password either.
Fake 'support' messages
Scammers sometimes pose as Instagram, Meta or panel support in DMs and emails, warning that your account will be disabled unless you 'verify' by entering your password on a link. Real platform support never asks for your password in a DM. Reachwala support only ever asks for an order ID. If a message creates panic and asks you to log in somewhere, close it and check your account settings directly in the app.
Admin access to Facebook pages
For Facebook page likes and followers, the service still needs only the page link. Never add an unknown person as an admin or editor in Meta Business Suite to get faster delivery; admins can remove you from your own page.
