Why saves matter
A save means someone wants to come back to a post later. Instagram reads that as a sign of value, and saves count in the reach and engagement figures that creators show brands. Educational accounts, recipe pages, fitness coaches and finance creators live on saves, because their content is reference material.
Saves aren't public, but they're counted
Unlike likes, saves don't show as a public number on the post. You see them in Insights, and Instagram uses them in deciding how widely to show the post. So saves are more about how Instagram treats the post and how your Insights look in a media kit, than about what visitors see.
Prices
On the default option, 100 saves cost ₹10, 500 cost ₹10 and 1,000 cost ₹10. Each option's start time, speed and limits are in the table, updated 24 Oct 2026.
Content that deserves saves
Carousels with steps: “7 GST mistakes small shops make”, “3 pre-workout meals under ₹50”. Recipe Reels with ingredient lists on screen. Lists of places, books, tools or exam resources. Checklists, templates and comparison charts. If a viewer would reasonably screenshot it, it should be saved instead, and you can say so on the last slide: “Save this for later”.
Ratios
On useful carousels, saves can be 10–30% of likes; on entertainment Reels they're much lower. Match your order to the kind of post.
Placing the order
Keep the account public. Copy the post or Reel link, paste it, choose a quantity between 10 and 1,00,000 and pay. Delivery appears in your Insights as saves; it won't show on the post publicly. The order page shows the progress we track.
Pair saves with likes
A post with many saves but very few likes looks odd in Insights. Add likes too, roughly three to five times the saves for a typical educational post.
Example: a Chennai CA's carousel
A chartered accountant in Chennai posts carousels explaining income-tax deadlines for salaried people. Before the July filing rush she posts “ITR filing checklist: 9 documents”, then orders 300 saves and 1,200 likes. The carousel's Insights look like a reference post people keep, and it keeps getting real saves through the month.
Designing a save-worthy carousel
Slide one: a clear promise, such as “Budget Goa trip: ₹8,000 for 3 days”. Slides two to eight: one point each, big text, readable on a small phone screen. Last slide: a summary and a gentle “Save for your trip”. Use the same design every time so followers recognise your posts in their saved folder. Carousels with practical value keep collecting saves for weeks, so the paid saves at the start blend into a long tail of real ones.
Saves in a media kit
Creators often show average saves per post when pitching to brands, because saves suggest a trusted, useful account. If you include them, show a range of posts, and be ready to explain your content strategy rather than just quoting a number; good brand managers ask.
