What Story likes are
Instagram added a heart button to Stories so viewers can react without sending a message. You see who liked each Story in the viewer list, marked with a heart. Story likes aren't shown to other viewers, but they show up when you screenshot Story insights for a brand or a client, and they help a creator look like their Stories get reactions rather than silent views.
Why Instagram cares
Instagram orders the Stories bar partly by how people interact with you. Reactions, replies and sticker taps tell Instagram who cares about your Stories. Paid likes add to the visible reaction count in your viewer list; real viewers' interactions are what move you up in their Stories bar.
Prices
Story likes start from ₹10. On the default option, 100 Story likes cost ₹10 and 500 cost ₹44.50. The table shows each option's start time and limits, updated 24 Oct 2026.
Pair with Story views
Likes on a Story should be a fraction of its views. A Story with 300 views and 250 likes looks wrong; one with 1,200 views and 60 likes looks right. If you're adding Story views, add likes at roughly 3–8% of them.
Timing
Stories last 24 hours, so order while the Story is fresh, ideally within an hour of posting. Likes go to the Stories that are live when delivery runs; if several are up, they usually land on the first ones. If your Stories expire before delivery finishes, the undelivered part is refunded.
Placing the order
Keep the account public and post the Story to everyone, not Close Friends. Paste your profile link (instagram.com/yourname), choose a quantity between 100 and 1,00,000, and pay. Check the viewer list for hearts as delivery runs.
Getting real Story reactions
Use the question sticker, polls and quizzes; they're easy taps. Post behind-the-scenes moments, not only promotions. Reply to people who react, because a quick thank-you DM often starts a real conversation. Post Stories every day so followers get used to seeing you at the front of their bar.
Example: a fashion creator's brand screenshot
A Mumbai fashion creator is asked by a footwear brand for Story insights from her last product feature. Her Story got 3,400 views but only 20 hearts, because her audience rarely taps. She adds Story likes at a normal ratio on her next feature Stories and starts using poll stickers. Within two weeks, real reactions rise too, because the polls give people something to tap.
Who uses Story likes
Creators who share Story insights with brands, small businesses that run daily offers in Stories, and personal brands such as coaches, artists and doctors who want their Stories to look like followers are reacting. For most of them, Story likes are a small extra on top of Story views, ordered on the Stories that matter: a product launch, a sale, a collaboration.
Paying and tracking
Top up by UPI from ₹100 and pay for the quantity you choose. The order page shows progress. Stories expire, so if delivery can't finish within the Story's 24 hours, the undelivered part goes back to your wallet automatically.
