Replies make a post look like a conversation
On X, the reply count and the visible replies under a post show whether people engaged with it. A post asking “Which city has the best biryani?” with zero replies looks like it fell flat. With a dozen replies naming different cities, it looks like a debate, and real people jump in to defend their own city. X also treats replies as a strong engagement signal, especially replies that the author answers.
Writing replies that look human
Write as different people would. Vary the length: a word, a sentence, a short argument. Disagree sometimes, politely, because real threads aren't all agreement. Refer to something specific in the post. Use the language your audience uses, such as Hinglish, Tamil or Bengali in Roman script. Avoid links, hashtags and emoji walls. Never write replies that impersonate real people, harass anyone or spread false claims.
Prices
On the default option, 10 replies cost the live price, 25 cost the live price and 50 cost the live price. Custom replies are priced per line. See the table for start times and limits, updated 24 Oct 2026.
How many replies look natural
Replies are usually fewer than likes on X, often 5–20% of likes on discussion posts and much lower on announcements. A question post with 100 likes looks natural with 10–25 replies.
Answer the replies
Reply back to some of them. Threads where the author engages look alive, and X rewards conversation that involves the original poster. Your answers are also where you add real value: details, links to sources or a follow-up thought.
Reply settings
X lets you limit who can reply: everyone, accounts you follow, verified accounts, or only people you mention. Set it to everyone during delivery, or the replies can't be posted. The account must be public.
Placing the order
Copy the post link (x.com/handle/status/…), paste it, add your replies one per line, and pay. Replies arrive over minutes to hours. The order page tracks progress.
Paying and tracking
Top up by UPI from any app. If replies can't be posted, for example because reply settings were limited, the undelivered replies are refunded to your wallet automatically.
Example: a product feedback post
A Pune EV start-up posts: “What's stopping you from buying an electric scooter?” The team orders 15 custom replies covering range anxiety, charging at apartments, resale value and service centres in tier-2 cities. The founder answers each with honest details. Real potential buyers add their own concerns, and the thread becomes useful research for the product team.
Replies on launch and announcement posts
For launches, replies asking practical questions do more than praise. “Is this available in Kolkata?”, “Does it work with Android?”, “What's the price for students?”: each gives you a chance to answer publicly, and real potential customers read those answers. Pin your own reply with the key link or price. Keep the tone of the questions realistic; overly enthusiastic replies look staged.
Random replies
Some options post short, generic replies picked automatically. They're cheaper but easy to spot on X, where replies are read closely. Use them sparingly, and prefer custom replies on posts that matter.
