Refill, step by step
When an order finishes, the order page shows the subscriber count at the start, the amount delivered and the last date of the refill window. If your count later falls below start plus delivered, the Refill button becomes active. Tap it and the shortfall is requested again. You can usually refill more than once within the window, and each request is recorded on the order.
Why YouTube makes refill valuable
YouTube removes spam subscribers in periodic sweeps, and on most channels that buy subscribers some loss is likely at some point. A refill window means that loss is replaced rather than absorbed. Longer windows matter, because sweeps don't follow a schedule.
What a refill doesn't cover
Subscribers lost because you hid your count, changed your handle, merged or deleted channels, or because your real subscribers unsubscribed. A refill also can't push the count above what you ordered.
Choosing a window
Options list refill periods such as 30, 90 or 365 days. For a channel you'll show to clients all year, the longest window is usually worth its small premium.
Refill or non-drop?
Non-drop options use steadier accounts so drops are smaller to begin with; refill options promise to replace drops. Many options are both. If you'd rather not notice drops at all, choose one labelled both.
Example
A Chennai Carnatic music teacher runs a channel of lessons that students' parents check before enrolling. She ordered 2,000 subscribers with a 180-day refill. Ten weeks later a sweep removed 160; she tapped Refill and the count was restored within a few days. Parents checking the channel during admission season saw a steady number.
Settings during the refill window
Keep the subscriber count public in Studio → Settings → Channel → Advanced settings. Keep the same @handle. If you plan to rebrand, wait until the window ends.
Check Studio, not only the channel page
YouTube rounds public counts and updates them slowly. Studio shows exact subscriber numbers sooner, so check there before deciding whether a refill is due.
Monetisation
Refilled subscribers are still bought subscribers: they don't watch, so they don't add watch hours, and YouTube reviews channels for genuine audiences. Use them for credibility alongside real content.
Keep views in proportion
Add views with retention to recent uploads so the channel's videos look watched next to its subscriber count.
Payment and refunds
Pay by UPI with nothing added at checkout. Undelivered subscribers are refunded to your wallet at once; refills cover drops after delivery.
How many to order
Match the order to the channel. Three or four videos: 100–500 subscribers. Twenty or more videos with regular uploads: 1,000–2,000. A large library with steady daily views: 5,000 or more. A refill keeps whatever you choose steady, but it can't make a mismatch between subscribers and views look right, so size the order to what visitors will see on your videos.
