When Indian followers are worth the extra cost
Indian-targeted followers cost more and arrive slower than general followers, because the supply is smaller. They're worth it when your audience is local and visitors would notice a follower list full of foreign profiles. Think of a coaching institute in Kota, a salon in Indore, a home bakery in Lucknow, a real-estate agent in Navi Mumbai or a regional-language creator. If you're a travel creator or a brand selling worldwide, general followers are fine and cheaper.
What “Indian” means here
The accounts have Indian names, Indian-looking profile pictures or Indian locations in their details. That's what visitors see if they open your follower list. They aren't customers who chose to follow you; they won't order, comment or share on their own. The difference from general followers is how they look to people who check.
Prices
On the default option, 500 Indian followers cost ₹199.50, 1,000 cost ₹399 and 2,000 cost ₹798. Compare this with general followers on the main Instagram followers page; the Indian premium is the price of a local-looking audience. Every option's start time, daily speed and refill period is in the table, updated 24 Oct 2026.
Speed: slower is normal
Indian follower options usually deliver a few hundred to a couple of thousand a day, so 1,000 take about under an hour on the default option. That slower pace looks natural on a growing local account. If you need a big number by a specific date, such as a shop opening or a festive sale, order a week or two ahead.
How many to order
Local businesses rarely have huge followings, so keep the number believable for your city and category. A neighbourhood café in Jaipur with 1,500–3,000 followers looks established; one with 40,000 looks odd unless it's a famous name. Coaching institutes and clinics in larger cities can carry 3,000–8,000. Grow in steps as you post.
Drops and refills
Indian accounts are removed in Instagram's clean-ups like any others. Choose an option with a refill period for your main business account, and tap Refill on the order page if the count falls within the window. Keep the profile public and the username unchanged until the refill period ends.
Placing the order
Paste your profile link (instagram.com/yourname), choose a quantity between 100 and 10,000, and pay from your wallet or by UPI. The order page shows your follower count when the order started and how many remain.
Pair with local content
Indian followers make the first impression; local content keeps real visitors. Post in the language your customers speak, show your shop, staff and neighbourhood, add your city to the bio and use location tags. Reels filmed in recognisable local spots get shared in city groups, which brings real local followers on top.
Example: a Nashik physiotherapy clinic
A physiotherapist in Nashik opens a clinic and starts posting exercise Reels in Marathi. After six weeks the page has 210 followers. She orders 1,500 Indian followers on a Stable option over ten days, plus likes on her three most useful Reels. Patients referred by doctors check her page before calling and see a local clinic with a real following, and she keeps posting two Reels a week.
