It belongs on a Short from a channel that already sees Shorts in the 20,000–60,000 range, on a brand launch where the agency's brief names a target, or on the lead clip of a film or music release. On a smaller channel, a Short with 100,000 views surrounded by Shorts at 800 stands out to every visitor and to anyone the channel pitches.

What it won't do
