Where viewer location matters
The view count under a post looks the same whoever saw it. Location matters in X's post analytics for accounts that have them, and in screenshots you send to Indian sponsors, agencies and editors. For a Hindi news commentator, a Tamil cinema account or an Indian brand's handle, Indian views keep that picture consistent with the conversation.
Who orders Indian views
Indian creators with brand deals on X, journalists sharing their stories, regional commentators, Indian D2C brands, and agencies that report X analytics to Indian clients. If nobody will look at analytics, mixed views do the same job on the counter for less.
What “Indian” means
Indian options use India-based accounts. X doesn't confirm locations to sellers, so treat the result as Indian-weighted.
How many views
Two to ten times your usual post views is a strong post on X, where view counts vary widely. If your posts usually get 500 views, 2,000–5,000 fits. Add likes at about 1–3% of views.
Timing
Order in the first hour after posting, when X decides how widely to show the post. For an older pinned post, views help any time.
Video posts
Some options also count on a video's player view counter. If your post contains a video, check the option description.
Example
A Hyderabad food delivery start-up announced a new cloud-kitchen brand on X, and its agency reported X analytics to the founders weekly. The post usually would have drawn 3,000 views. The agency added 10,000 Indian views and 150 likes in the first hour. The weekly report showed reach concentrated in Hyderabad and Bengaluru, which matched the cities the brand served.
Pair with likes
Views without likes leave a strange ratio. Indian likes at 1–3% of views complete the picture.

Tap Share on the post, then Copy link. x.com and twitter.com links both work. The account must be public.
Indian versus mixed views
Mixed views are cheaper and fine on posts with a global audience. Pay for Indian views when the people reading your analytics care where the views came from.
What views won't do
Views don't click, reply or buy. They make a post look like it reached people; the post has to do the rest.

Views and the For You feed
X's For You feed decides what to show partly from how a post performs with early viewers. Views on their own don't make the algorithm push a post; replies, reposts and time spent reading do. What views do is make the post look worth stopping for when it appears in someone's feed or in a quote, which gives the real engagement a better chance to happen.
