Why likes vanish on X
A like disappears when X suspends the account that left it. Sweeps of spam accounts happen regularly, and posts with purchased likes can lose a slice overnight. On a post that fades in a day, nobody notices. On a pinned thread, a launch announcement or a post linked from your website and newsletter, a like count that quietly shrinks is visible to everyone who arrives later.
How refill works
The order page records the post's like count when the order started, the number delivered and the end of the refill window. If the count falls below that total during the window, the Refill button becomes active. Tap it and the shortfall is delivered again; each refill is logged, and you can usually request more than once.
What isn't covered
Posts that are deleted, accounts that become protected or suspended, handle changes, and real people removing their likes. A refill can't raise the count above what you ordered.
Which posts deserve refill
Your pinned post, which every profile visitor sees first. Threads you link from LinkedIn, newsletters or your website. Brand launch and announcement posts. Posts a client or sponsor will check again at the end of a campaign.
Choosing the window
X's sweeps don't follow a schedule. Pick a window that covers how long anyone will look at the post: the months it stays pinned, or the length of a campaign plus a margin.
Pair with views
Views on X very rarely drop, but if a sponsor checks both numbers, make sure the views on the same post are healthy too. Likes at about 1–3% of views look normal.
Example
A Bengaluru open-source developer pinned a thread announcing his project's 1.0 release and linked it from the project's README, which thousands of developers open. He ordered 300 likes with a 90-day refill. A month later an X sweep removed 38; he tapped Refill and they were back within a day. Developers clicking through from GitHub kept seeing a well-received announcement.
Keep a record
Screenshot the post when delivery finishes and before any client or sponsor check. With the order page, it's easy to see whether a refill is due.
Refill or non-drop?
Non-drop likes use accounts that are less likely to be suspended in the first place; refill likes replace the ones that are. For a pinned post you never want to check, choose an option that's both.
Cost
Refill likes cost a little more than basic likes. Use them on the few posts that stay visible; cheap likes are fine for everyday posts that fade within a day.
Getting the link
Tap Share on the post, then Copy link. The account must be public for delivery and refills.
Payment and refunds
Pay by UPI with nothing added at checkout. Undelivered likes are refunded at once; refills cover removals after delivery.
