Why a new Channel needs a starting number
When a customer scans your Channel's QR code and sees 6 followers, they wonder whether anyone actually uses it, and many leave without following. At 100, the Channel looks started. For a corner shop, a tuition teacher, a home baker or a small clinic setting up a Channel for the first time, that's often all the number needs to do.
A safe first test
Ordering 100 first shows you how quickly followers arrive and how the count holds over a few weeks, before you spend more on a larger or steadier order.
Channels only
This works on WhatsApp Channels in the Updates tab, not on groups, phone numbers or broadcast lists. Channels made in WhatsApp Business work too.
Set up the Channel first
Add a clear name, your logo or shop photo, and a one-line description of what you'll post. Post two or three useful updates before ordering, so new followers see something worth staying for.
Example
A Nashik vegetable vendor started a WhatsApp Channel to post the day's prices and fresh arrivals, with a printed QR code on his cart. After a week it had 9 followers. He ordered 100 followers and posted prices every morning at 8. Regular customers who scanned the code saw an active Channel, followed it, and started placing orders by WhatsApp before coming to the cart.
What 100 followers won't do
They won't read your updates or buy. They make the Channel look started so real customers are comfortable following it.
Getting the link
Open the Channel, tap its name, then Share or Copy link. It looks like whatsapp.com/channel/….
Payment and refunds
Top up by UPI from any app; the price shown is final. If fewer than 100 followers are delivered, the difference goes back to your wallet automatically.
Grow real followers next
Put the Channel link in your Instagram bio and Google Business Profile, print the QR code on bills and packaging, and mention it when customers pay. Tell them in one line what they'll get, such as “today's prices every morning”. Real followers who join that way read your updates, which is what makes the Channel worth running at all.
