Who 2,000 fits
Organisations that already have thousands of contacts and are moving their updates to a Channel: a restaurant with two or three branches, a coaching institute with several batches across a city, a school sharing notices with all parents, a city news or events page, or a creator with tens of thousands of Instagram followers. For a single small shop, 250–1,000 looks more natural.
