How custom comments work
When you order, a text box appears. Type one comment per line, for example 'Is this available in size M?' or 'Tried this recipe yesterday, came out great'. Each line is posted as a separate comment from a different account.
Writing comments that look natural
Mix questions, short reactions and specific details. Vary length: some three words, some a full sentence. Use emojis sparingly. Mention something visible in the post. Write in the language your followers use: Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali or English.
How many to order
Order roughly as many comments as you write. Five to twenty is right for most posts; a post with 300 likes and 200 comments looks odd.
Prices
The default option costs ₹149 per 1,000 comments, so a small order of ten or twenty costs very little. Minimum and maximum quantities are shown on each option.
Ideas by business type
Clothing: ask about sizes, colours and fabric. Restaurants: mention a dish, ask about timings. Coaching: ask about batch dates. Creators: react to the joke or tip. Real estate: ask about location and possession date.
Example: a Hyderabad biryani outlet
A biryani outlet in Kukatpally posts a Reel of its new mutton biryani. It orders twelve custom comments in Telugu and English, asking about the spice level, family packs and delivery areas, and replies to each with details. Real customers join the thread with their own questions, and weekend orders rise.
Reply to every comment
Replying makes the thread look active and gives you a chance to share prices, offers and links in a natural way.
What not to write
Avoid fake reviews, health claims, or claims you can't support, like 'cured my diabetes'. Misleading comments can breach consumer law and ASCI guidelines. Keep them as questions and honest reactions.
Placing the order
Keep the account public and comments enabled, copy the post link, paste your comments and pay. Comments are posted gradually over time.
Payment and refunds
Prices are in rupees with nothing added. If some comments can't be posted, the undelivered part returns to your wallet automatically.
Platform rules
Instagram removes spammy or repeated comments. Don't paste the same line many times, and keep orders modest.
No passwords
We only need the public post link.
Also available on YouTube
Custom comments work the same way on YouTube videos, on the YouTube custom comments page.
Timing
Order comments soon after posting, ideally within the first hour or two, so the thread looks active while the post is still new in followers' feeds. Comments arriving gradually over an hour look more natural than twenty appearing in one minute, which is why we post them over time rather than all at once.
Keep a comment bank
Keep a note on your phone with comment ideas for your business: common customer questions, compliments customers actually give and topical reactions. It makes writing custom comments for each new post quick.
