How refill works, step by step
When your order completes, its order page shows the start count, the delivered amount and the last day of the refill window. If your follower count later falls below start count plus delivered, the Refill button becomes active. Tap it and the shortfall is requested again from the same option. You can usually refill more than once inside the window; each request is logged on the order. After the window closes, drops are no longer covered.
What a refill does and doesn't cover
A refill covers drops caused by Instagram removing accounts or accounts unfollowing. It doesn't cover followers you lose because you went private, changed your username, were restricted by Instagram, or because your own real followers unfollowed. It also can't push the count above what you ordered. The order page compares against the start count recorded when the order began, so it's clear what's owed.
Refill length matters more than the word
Options differ: some refill for 30 days, some for 60, 90 or 365. Instagram's big sweeps don't follow a timetable, so a longer window protects you better. The difference in price between a 30-day and a 365-day refill option is often small compared with the cost of reordering.
Refill or non-drop?
They overlap. Refill options promise to top up drops; non-drop options also use steadier accounts so drops are smaller to begin with. Many options are both. If you'd rather never see the count dip, choose one labelled both non-drop and refill; if you're fine tapping Refill once in a while, a refill option alone is cheaper.
Example
A Hyderabad home-décor store ordered 3,000 followers with a 90-day refill before its Diwali catalogue launch. Five weeks later the count had slipped by 260 after an Instagram sweep. The owner tapped Refill on the order page, and within a day the count was back above the delivered figure. She did the same once more in week ten. The profile looked consistent the whole season.
Settings during the refill window
Stay public, keep the same username, and leave “Flag for review” off in Instagram's follow settings. If you plan to rebrand or switch handles, do it after the window ends.
Keep engagement believable
Followers with refill keep the number steady; posts still need to look alive. Add a modest number of likes to new posts, roughly 2–6% of followers, and keep a regular posting rhythm.
Payment and refunds
Pay by UPI from any app, with nothing added at checkout. If an order delivers less than ordered, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet straight away; refills are for drops after delivery.
Keep a note of your start count
Screenshot your follower count before ordering. The order page records the start count too, but your own note helps if you're also running ads or a giveaway that brings real followers, so you can tell which movement came from where.
