Why followers drop in the first place
Instagram regularly sweeps out accounts it thinks are fake, inactive or automated. When it does, every profile those accounts followed loses them at once. That's the drop people notice a week or a month after ordering: 1,000 becomes 870, or 10,000 becomes 8,200. Cheap options use accounts that get swept often. Non-drop options use older, more complete accounts that survive most sweeps.
What non-drop means here, honestly
No seller can stop Instagram deleting an account, so “non-drop” never means zero loss forever. It means two things on Reachwala: the option's accounts historically drop very little, usually a few percent, and the option carries a refill guarantee for a stated number of days. If the count falls inside that window, you open the order and tap Refill, and the shortfall is sent again at no cost. The refill period is shown on each option before you pay.
Who should pay the extra
Anyone who will show their follower count to someone who matters later: a creator building a media kit for brand deals, a business whose Instagram link is printed on packaging and menus, a coach who sends the profile to prospective clients, an agency reporting monthly growth to a client. A visible dip of 15% looks worse than never having ordered. If you only need a number for a one-day event, the cheaper Starter tier is enough.
Price versus the cheapest option
Non-drop options cost more per 1,000 than Starter, often two to four times as much. Work out the cost per follower that is still there after three months: a cheap order that loses 30% and has no refill can end up costing nearly the same per remaining follower, with a visible drop on top.
Settings that help followers stick
Keep the account public for the whole refill period. In Settings → Follow and invite friends, turn off “Flag for review”, because Instagram otherwise holds some new followers for checking. Don't change your username during delivery or the refill window; refills are sent to the link on the order.
Example
A Chandigarh wedding photographer sends his Instagram link to every couple who enquires. He had 2,300 followers and wanted the profile to match his eight years of work. He ordered 5,000 non-drop followers over a week. A month later Instagram's sweep took 140; he tapped Refill and they were replaced. The count stayed steady through wedding season, which was the point.
Pair the count with real activity
A larger, stable follower count is only convincing when posts get believable engagement. Indian accounts usually see 2–6% of followers liking a post. Keep posting three or four times a week, add likes in proportion on your strongest posts, and answer every comment and DM quickly.
