Who 5,000 fits
Artists who already have 1,500–5,000 real monthly listeners, a few releases and a following of a few hundred or more. Adding 5,000 makes the headline look like an artist on the rise. For a page with 200 real monthly listeners and 30 followers, start with 1,000.
A 28-day number
Monthly listeners counts unique listeners over a rolling 28 days. Once delivered listening ends, it drifts back. Time the order so the figure peaks in the week it matters.
Delivery
On the default option, 5,000 listeners arrive over about about 2 days. Spotify updates the public figure with a delay of a day or two.
Risk
Listening is subject to Spotify's rules on artificial streams, and distributors can act on them. Choose non-drop options and keep the number proportionate to followers and real streams.
Example
A Chandigarh Punjabi indie artist with 3,800 real monthly listeners was applying for a slot at a large music festival whose form asked for Spotify figures. Two weeks before the deadline he ordered 5,000 monthly listeners and released an acoustic version of his best song. His page showed about 9,000 in application week, and he included his sold-out club shows in the application.

Artist profile → three dots → Share → Copy link to artist (open.spotify.com/artist/…).
Pair with followers
Followers stay after the peak. If your followers are far below your listeners, add some gradually.
What it won't do
Monthly listeners don't buy tickets or return next month. Releases and live shows do.
Payment and refunds
Pay by UPI from any app; the price shown is final. If fewer listeners are delivered than ordered, the difference is refunded automatically.
Use the peak well
The two weeks when your figure is highest are the time to send pitches, submit applications, announce shows and release something new. Real attention during that window turns into followers and saves that stay after the 28 days are up. If you order and then do nothing, the number simply returns to where it was.
Spread across releases
Monthly listeners are counted across all your tracks. A new release or an older song getting attention both lift the same figure, so you don't need to pick one track; just make sure your best songs are easy to find on your artist page and pinned with Artist Pick.
