The key distinction
The question isn't really 'are views safe' but 'is this video monetised?' On a video without ads, artificial views affect nothing but the count. On a monetised video, they affect advertisers, and that's where YouTube enforces hardest.
Non-monetised uses
Business demos, course trailers, event invitations, property tours, product explainers and channel trailers.
Watch-hour packages
The most dangerous product in the market. They break YouTube's policies and are a common reason monetisation applications fail. Reachwala doesn't sell watch hours.
Filtering and freezes
YouTube may freeze a view count while it verifies views, then remove some. Higher-retention options are filtered less.
Ranking
Bought views don't improve search or suggested rankings, which depend on click-through rate and watch time from real viewers.
Money safety
Use a panel with tracking and automatic refunds.
Real viewers through ads
If you need real people to watch, run YouTube ads. They're policy-friendly, though ad watch time doesn't count for monetisation.
Example
A Hyderabad real-estate firm adds 4,000 views to each non-monetised property tour and shares them with buyers. The channel has never had any issues.
Login safety
Only the public video link is needed. Use two-step verification.
Bottom line
Reasonably safe on non-monetised videos, unsafe on monetised ones, and never for watch hours.
Checking for filtered views
Compare the public count with YouTube Studio Analytics after a day or two. If Analytics shows fewer views, some were filtered. Traffic sources show where views came from; real discovery appears as YouTube search, suggested videos and browse features. A video with nearly all its views from external sources and very short average view duration is one YouTube won't recommend, which is fine for a demo you share directly but bad for a video you hope will grow.
Keeping monetised and promo content apart
Some businesses run two channels: a monetised one for educational content and a separate non-monetised one for ads, demos and promos. That way any boosted promo video never touches the channel that earns.
